Returns

Merwe offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all items purchased online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Please note:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Any shipping discrepancies, including incorrect or missing items, must be reported to info@merwemode.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• In the case of damaged goods, customers must notify Merwe immediately upon delivery by emailing photographs to info@merwemode.com.

International Orders

Merwe will offer international shipping rates through TUNL. We are currently setting this up and it will work as follows. Shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated live at checkout and included in the final shipping rate.

No additional duties or taxes will be payable upon delivery.

Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lifetime Repairs

We believe clothing should be worn, repaired and kept for years.

Merwe offers a lifetime repair service on all garments. Repairs are assessed individually and completed at a small fee depending on the nature of the work required. We work closely with each customer to determine the most appropriate and aesthetically considered repair solution.

Shipping costs associated with repairs are the responsibility of the customer.
